Our Approach
$25M+ Assets Under Management
Cen-Tex Primary Market Focus
Low Lev. Conservative Capital Structure

Value through conviction and hands-on management.

Longhouse Ventures is a Central Texas real estate private equity firm. We acquire stable, income-producing commercial and industrial assets — targeting properties where hands-on operations unlock durable value that passive ownership leaves behind.

We are grounded in banking and development. Our underwriting is conservative; our hold discipline is firm. We do not chase headlines or manufacture complexity. We source, buy, improve, and operate.

01
Disciplined Acquisitions
We target stable, low-leverage assets with durable income and identifiable upside. We pass more deals than we pursue.
02
Operational Ownership
Our competitive edge is management. We are directly involved in leasing, capital decisions, and tenant relationships.
03
Conservative Capital Structure
Low leverage is a feature, not a constraint. It creates resilience across cycles and optionality at the asset level.
04
Aligned Partnerships
We co-invest alongside our capital partners. Our interests are aligned at the deal level, not just on paper.
